The Ely Area Community Hub includes a spacious, flexible Community Room available for meetings, workshops, classes, and community gatherings. This shared space offers a comfortable and affordable place for connection and collaboration right in the heart of Ely.
Whether you're hosting a small group, leading a class, or organizing a local event, the Community Room provides the perfect setting to bring people together.
At a glance:
- Capacity: Seats up to 140, with 10 round tables and 16 six-foot rectangular tables available
- Equipment included: Full presentation system, Zoom/video conferencing capability, and a lectern
- Kitchen access: Available for food storage or prep (a license may be required for food prep or alcohol sales)
- Cost: Free for most events. For events generating revenue for a for-profit business, $50/hour with a $100 minimum
- Booking window: Requests can be made up to 60 days in advance; larger community events may request further out
