Anyone may apply as an individual act or as a group performance. All participants must submit the following application no later than Friday, January 22 by 3:00pm. Mail to: EACF, 209 E. Chapman St., Ely, MN 55731 or drop off at the Edward Jones office, 150 W. Sheridan St., Ely.
GUIDELINES

• A person may appear in only one act. For example, the same person may not appear in both asolo and a group act. An accompanist is permitted to perform in more than one act.
• All background music must be provided on a CD or applicants can provide their own live music.
• Acts are to be a maximum of 5 minutes each. You must be able to get any props or equipmenton/off the stage in 3 minutes prior to and after your performance. Please contact us if you haveany special equipment or setup needs.
• Due to the potential for a large number of acts, submissions will be accepted on a first comefirst serve basis. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted via email with aconfirmation of your talent performance. No duplicate music will be allowed.
• All participants under 18 years old applying for the Talent Show must have their parent orguardian sign the application. At least one parent or legal guardian per act will be requiredto attend the sound check (if needed) and attend the performance.
